Instructions
Step 1
Use a hand or stand mixer to mix the melted butter & sugars. Add the eggs & mix until well combined.

Next, add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder & salt and mix well until the flour is well incorporated.

Lastly, add the chocolate pieces, some chocolate chips, some of the marshmallows and mix. Save some marshmallows & chocolate chips to place on top of each cookie.

Step 4
Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out the cookie dough onto an oven tray lined with baking paper. Add a few mini marshmallows and extra chocolate chips on each cookie. Make sure to leave enough space between each one!
Step 5
Bake at 175°C for 10 minutes, making sure to “Flip them halfway through so they cook evenly” (IT ENDS WITH US movie reference but make sure to do this!) All you need to do is turn the tray halfway through baking. I would also recommend baking them one tray at a time, using the middle rack, to ensure they bake evenly. Once baked, leave them to cool before moving them as they’ll be really soft and fragile while hot. ENJOY! 🍪❤️
