Apple Cinnamon Blender Bread
APPLE CINNAMON BLENDER BREAD 🍎
This bread could not be easier to make! It’s soft, moist and so delicious!
You’ll need:
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup pure maple syrup
2 cups rolled oats (I used gluten-free)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup chopped apple (plus more for topping)
1. Combine all your ingredients except the apples in a blender or food processor.
2. Gently stir in chopped apples.
3. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
4. Top with additional chopped apples.
5. Bake in the oven at 350F for about 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Let cool for about 20 minutes. Remove from loaf pan, slice and enjoy! 💚
