Instructions

Step 1
In a large pot, combine cranberries, strawberries, orange juice, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Once the cranberries begin to pop and soften (about 5-7 minutes), use a potato masher or immersion blender to break down the fruit.
Step 3
Stir in the sugar, cinnamon, and cloves. Continue to cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the sugar has dissolved.
Step 4
Sprinkle the pectin into the mixture, stirring constantly. Bring the jam to a rolling boil and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from heat and skim off any foam. Carefully pour the jam into sterilized jars, leaving about 1/4 inch of space at the top.
Step 6
Seal the jars and process in a water bath canner for 10 minutes to ensure proper preservation, or store in the refrigerator if not canning.
