Instructions
Step 1
Remove the skin off 1 pineapple. Remove the skin of 2 cucumbers and 5cups of water. Dice both the pineapple and cucumbers and add to blender with water. You will need to do these in batches if you have a regular ninja blender. Usually 4 batches per recipe. After each batch i strain the juice into my final container. This removes any pulp. Use the spoon to strain as much of the juice out. Drink 1 cup every morning.
