A simple but delicious recipe for simply amazing coffee from an Aeropress, it goes against all the insanely hyperfocused inverted method but yields a good cup and half of smooth, sweet java.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Grind/Measure out 15g of coffee

2. Place and rinse 2 Aeropress filter papers
Step 3
3. Boil water (80-95 Celsius depending on roast)
Step 4
4. Add the water to coffee grounds and stir once, start timer and let it bloom Put the plunger ontop after this step to steep the coffee and stop it dripping, be careful and do this over the serving carafe
Step 5
5. At 1:00 remove the plunger, break the crust gently with stirring stick or spoon Put the plunger back on after this and let it brew until 4 minutes in
Step 6
6. At 4:00 begin the plunge, slowly, aim for 30 seconds of plunging If plunge is longer it doesn't detriment the flavour at much.
Step 7
7. Decant and consume Add some milk if you wish or drink it straight black, I personally drink it black with some maple syrup; a dangerously expensive yet delicious combo (thanks Jello)
