For the syrup

1 cupcoca-cola

2star anise

1 teaspoonvanilla extract

½ teaspoonallspice

2cinnamon sticks

¼ cupPepsi

For the drink

6 ozclub soda

1 ozNuka-Cola syrup

0.5 shotcherry syrup

0.25 shotbubblegum syrup

0.75 shotvanilla syrup

Instructions

Prepare the syrup

Step 1

In a saucepan, combine the Coca-Cola and Pepsi over medium heat.

Add the star anise, vanilla extract, allspice, and cinnamon sticks.

Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring occasionally, and let it reduce to a syrupy consistency (about 10-15 minutes).

Prepare the drink

Combine club soda and syrup: Pour about 6-8 oz of club soda into a glass, leaving some space at the top. Stir in 1 oz of your homemade Nuka-Cola syrup.
