Step 1
Sautee onion in a pot with a little oil for two minutes then add celery ( I add celery leaves for extra flavor ) cook another minute then add carrots and garlic

Step 2
Add the broth and water bring to a boil then add potatoes tomato puree and half of the bunch of dill. Add the capers and season with salt and pepper to taste and let it cook for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes are softened

Step 3
Stir in the lemon juice and add the chunks of salmon and let it cook for 5 more minutes then serve with the rest of the dill . I sometimes add sour cream and scallions too so try if you like .
