Instructions
Step 1
Cube the potatoes and boil for 10-15mins
Step 2
Season salmon fillets lightly with salt and pepper and place on pan with some butter and oil while it’s bubbling
Step 3
Pan fry the salmon with skin side down for 4 mins and flip to cook from top for further 2 mins and take it out of the pan
Step 4
Add chopped onion and garlic in same pan with some oil and cook till translucent
Step 5
Add salt, pepper, red chilli flakes and mixed herbs along with sliced bell peppers and fry on high heat for a minute
Step 6
Add canned chopped tomatoes, soy sauce and hot sauce and cook until it forms a paste
Step 7
Add the boiled potatoes in and place salmon back in the pan. Cover and cook on low heat for a couple mins
Step 8
Serve with garlic bread
