Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice watermelons
Step 2
Mix 1 tbs of salt and 2 tbs of sugar per 1 litre of water
Step 3
Add all spices, and water mix to diced watermelons. Mix well, add 3 tbs of vinegar on top
Step 4
Let covered container sit at room temperature for 1-2 days to create strong brine. Move to the fridge after that.
