Instructions
Step 1
Put caramel candy and pet milk in a bowl. Use stovetop or microwave until melted, stirring occasionally.

Step 2
Fold in nuts. In desired portions, spoon mixture onto waxed paper forming the turtles.

PART 2 - Making the topping
Step 4
Melt wax completely; after wax has melted, add chocolate bars

Step 5
stirring until smooth. By this time the turtles (caramel and nut mixture) should be cooled.
Step 6
Dip turtles into chocolate and lay out on waxed paper to cool.
