Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Step 2
Add apples to a small pot with flour, milk, 10 mls of honey and 1 tsp of cinnamon. Heat for 5-10 minutes or until apples are softened and caramelised.
Step 3
Mix together the rolled oats, protein powder, 5 mls of honey, 1 tsp of cinnamon and a splash of water (starting with 1 tsp at a time and increasing if required) until you have a crumble-like texture
Step 4
Place apples in a baking dish and sprinkle with crumble. Bake for 20 minutes or until crumble is golden.
Step 5
Divide into four serves and store leftovers in the fridge.
Step 6
When ready to serve, top with 50 gms of yoghurt.
