Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, add butter (room temperature), dark and caster sugar and mix everything with a hand mixture for 90 seconds or until you have a fluffy mixture.
Step 2
Add the eggs in and mix for another minute.
Step 3
Swift flour in, the baking soda and add a pinch of salt. Mix everything together with a wooden spoon until you have a smooth batter.
Step 4
Incorporate the milk chocolate (previously chopped) and the dark chocolate chips in and mix one last time.
Step 5
Form some cookie balls of approximately 120g each and place them on a baking tray previously lined with parchment paper (I suggest baking 5 cookies at the time). Optionally, decorate each cookie with some extra dark chocolate chips and a sprinkle of salt flakes on top.
Step 6
Place the tray in the freezer for 30 mins then bake your cookies for 19-20 mins (170C/). Buon appetito!
