Instructions
Step 1
Turn cooker on low. Add small cubes of butter on bottom and coat sides. Chop apple and toss it in. mix 1/2 cinnamon and brown sugar together and sprinkle some on the lot.
Step 2
Mix remaining dry ingredients
Step 3
Mix wet ingredients then add to dry
Step 4
Pour on apples in two batches with cinna-sugar in between
Step 5
Put towel between lid and pot to collect moisture. Let cook 2.5 hrs
Step 6
Flip onto plate and pour on glaze or caramel
