1 cupvegetable oil

4eggs

1 tspnutmeg

2 cupssugar

2 cupsplain flour

2 tspbaking powder

1 ½ tspbicarbonate of soda

1 tspsalt

2 tspcinammon

3 cupsgrated carrots

½ cuppecans

1 cupraisins

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Step 2
Cream sugar, vegetable oil, eggs and beat well





Step 3
Add all dry ingredients together in a separate bowl






Step 4
Mixed dry and wet ingredients together and fold in carrots, pecans & Raisins



Step 5
Put al ingredients in a greased cake tin and bake in oven until cooked
