Spray/grease crockpot lightly.

Add the chicken, peppers and onions

Seasoning mix on top then jar of salsa
Step 4
Pour water around the sides
Step 5
Cook on high 4hrs or low 6-8hrs
Step 6
Shred the chicken and serve in tortillas or eat over rice. Top with toppings of your liking (sour cream, cheese, avocado, etc)
