Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, chopped pecans, cinnamon, and salt.

3. In a small saucepan, heat the maple syrup, coconut oil, and almond butter over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

5. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

6. Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
