Instructions
Step 1
Fill a bowl with boiling water then dunk the apples in for a second . Remove then drop straight into a bowl of ice water and let them sit for an hour
Step 2
Remove the apples then dry with a towel and set aside
Step 3
Add water sugar and vinegar to a sauce pan then cookbook medium high until the mixture is bubbling and reaches 305 f or 151 c using a candy thermometer . If you don’t have a candy thermometer set a glass of ice water aside then drop some of the sugar in and if it hardens the mix is ready
