No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna 🍰
Ingredients:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
16 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
1 cup strawberry jam (optional, for extra strawberry flavor)
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish to form the crust. Place the dish in the fridge to set while preparing the filling.
In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in 8 oz of the whipped topping until well combined and creamy.
In a separate bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk until it thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust. Top with a layer of sliced strawberries.
Spread the pudding mixture on top of the strawberries. If you like, drizzle or spread a layer of strawberry jam over the pudding for extra flavor.
Add the remaining whipped topping as the final layer, spreading it evenly over the pudding.
Garnish the top with more sliced strawberries.
