Instructions

Caramel sauce

Step 1
Heat sugar in a skillet on a medium heat until melted

Add butter

Batter

Mix eggs, whipping cream, sugar, vanilla and salt in a bowl

Dip a thick brioche slice in the batter and make sure it soaks as much as possible and then grill in a skillet with some butter
