1 tspvanilla extract
1 tspsugar
30mlmilk
100gbiscoff cookies

Step 1
Preheat oven to the 180C

Cut off the crust and roll each slice of brioche until they are very thin.

Spread about 1tbsp of biscoff spread onto each slice, then roll them up.

Add 2eggs, vanilla, sugar and milk to the bowl. Whisk until combined.

Crush biscoff cookies and transfer them to another bowl.

Dip each roll into the egg wash, then into the crushed cookies until they are fully covered, then transfer them to the baking tray, lined with parchment.
