Instructions
Step 1
Cut out rounds of pastry and place in bottom and sides of tartlet cases.
Step 2
Place in freezer while you par cook salmon and spring onions, then place in bowl with spinach and boursin. Mix it together. Then remove tartlet tins from freezer and place filling in. Roll out remaing pastry cut out rounds and place on top of filling. Then place in freezer till required.
Step 3
Remove from freezer coat top with beaten egg and place in pre heated oven till pastry is golden brown and coming away from sides. Place on plate with a small salad.
