Step 1
Flour chops and brown (not cook) on both sides in oil or bacon grease. In large cake pan put layers of potatoes and onions. Add bay leaves. Lay on pork chops. Add beef broth, salt and pepper. Cover tightly with foil. Cook at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
