Instructions
Step 1
In a pan over medium high heat, place 3 slices of mortadella in a small pile. It helps to twist and smush so you can compact each piece. Do the same with the other 3 slices.


Step 2
Once the bottom starts to crisp up (1-2 minutes) flip each pile so you can crisp up the other side.
Step 3
Add a slice of provolone cheese to each pile and allow to melt.

Step 4
Once the cheese has melted, take one of your piles and stack it on top of the other.
Step 5
Take your sandwich roll and toast on the pan.

Step 6
To build your sandwich, your bottom toasted bun will get mayo spread on. Add your mortadella stack. Top bun will get dijon mustard and then place on top. Enjoy!
