Instructions

Grinder salad

Step 1
Slice the iceberg salad, red onion and peperoncino. Chop the garlic.
Step 2
To a bowl add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.

Wrap

Step 3
Place the emmental cheese in the center of the tortilla wrap.
Step 4
Then top it with the pepperoni, salmi and turkey ham.
Step 5
Finally place the grinder salad on top. Avoid excess liquid in the wrap.
Step 6
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 7
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
