Instructions
Step 1
In a mixing bowl together an 8oz block of cream cheese, 1 cup of shredded cheese, and about half a cup of chopped bacon. I usually use microwaveable bacon as it’s faster.



Step 2
Add two big spoonfuls of Red Pepper Jelly.


Step 3
Mix all of these ingredients together until they’re well combined.
Step 4
Pre-heat oven to 375F

Step 5
Add the cheese mixture to a greased baking dish. Spread it out evenly so that it covers the whole bottom of the dish.

Step 6
Add a layer of shredded cheese and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Step 7
Add the rest of the jar of the Red Pepper Jelly to ingredients in the baking dish and spread over the top of the cheese mixture.

Step 8
Garnish with some chopped green onions and some more chopped bacon.

Step 9
Serve and enjoy with some Ritz crackers.
