In a Crockpot, add in around 26oz of frozen broccoli, 10oz bag of shredded carrots, and half a chopped white onion.

Season with onion powder and garlic powder.
Step 3
Top with 4 cups of chicken broth, reserve 1 cup of the chicken broth to mix with 1/4 cup of corn starch. This will help to thicken the soup.
Step 4
Next, add in one cup of heavy cream to the crockpot.
Step 5
Now the secret ingredient, add in a block of Velveeta cheese.
Step 6
Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 8 hours.
