Slow Cooker Meatball Vegetable Soup

I used 1 bag of 500 g swedish frozen meatballs (Köttbullar), added some frozen peas, a chopped red pepper and some garlic cloves. Everyone loved it, very good for a cold evening. Very easy to have a bag in the freezer and dump it in the crockpot in the morning

Instead of pasta sauce use zucchini soup base from freezer, add meatballs, chopped carrots and sweet potato and broth
