Instructions
Step 1
Place skirt steak between 2 pieces of parchment paper
Step 2
Using the flat side of a mallet, pound steak to a 1/4 inch thickness.

Spread shredded Onion over steak
Step 4
Spread Mushrooms over Onion
Step 5
Spread Spinach over Onion and Mushrooms
Step 6
Place Cream Cheese dots over Spinach, Onion, and Mushrooms
Step 7
Spread Garlic and pepper evenly over everything
Step 8
Roll steak and secure with toothpicks.
Step 9
Sear rolled steak on all sides in heated olive oil.
Step 10
Bake in 350° oven for 15 minutes.
Step 11
Remove from oven and let the steak rest for 10 minutes.

Slice and serve.
