Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Lay Graham crackers onto cookie tray.
Step 3
Melt brown sugar and butter together on a low temperature and pour over crackers. Put in oven for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add chocolate chips on top and put back in the oven until melted. Spread evenly over top.
Step 5
Refrigerate until hardened.
Step 6
Melt white chocolate chips in microwave. Stir and add in peppermint extract. Pour over chocolate layer and spread evenly.
Step 7
Add crushed peppermint candy and peppermint mini marshmallows on top, if desired.
Step 8
Refrigerate until hardened and break into pieces.
