Instructions
Step 1
Combine sandwich ingredients. Use preserves on the one inside facing slice of bread and be sure to place 2 thick slices of Swiss cheese against the other. Fill with both turkey and ham Slices between.
Step 2
In a shallow dish (big enough for setting sandwich inside) whisk 2 eggs together until well mixed and no longer thick.
Step 3
Dip completed sandwich ingredients into egg mixture, flipping to coat the outsides of both bread slices.
Step 4
Place sandwich on griddle or panini grill and cook until bread is golden brown. Flip. Cook the other side until golden brown and cheese has begun to melt.
Step 5
Cut in half and serve with additional preserves (as preferred).
