Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Mix the wet ingredients together.
Step 3
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Step 4
Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix well.
Step 5
Place parchment paper in an 8x8 pan and press the dough evenly into it.
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes. If it isn’t browned cook it for 5 minutes increments until done.
Step 7
Let it cool completely.
Step 8
Combine frosting ingredients and spread on top. Then spread the fluff on top.
