Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (160°C fan or gas 4)

Step 2
Line a large rimmed baking sheet with greaseproof paper


Step 3
Thoroughly mix together all ingredients except the flaky salt.







Step 4
Drop even tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet with even spaces apart.


Step 5
Flatten the drops of dough with damp fingertips and flatten with a fork to create the crosshatch pattern.

Step 6
Bake 10-12 minutes until golden at the edges

Step 7
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the tray for at least 10 minutes; sprinkle with flaky salt and serve.
