Instructions
Step 1
Beat Eggs then add swerve and pumpkin and mix together
Step 2
Add flour that is sifted with cinnamon. Mix
Step 3
Spread out on Parchment lined 13x18 pan
Step 4
Cook @350 for 18 min. Cool slightly. Then roll up and let finish cooling
Step 5
Prepare filling. Mix 1 8oz cream cheese, 1 Tbl butter, 1tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Mix on high until creamy. Unroll cake, leaving on Parchment, spread filling over cake. Then roll it back up separating it from the Parchment as you roll. SPrinkle wi 1/2cup Swerve Confectionery sugar. Then ready to slice and serve. Or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate
