Instructions
Step 1
Grease and line a 28cm by 18 cm rectangular tin
Step 2
In a pan gently melt the butter or margarine and add the brown sugar
Step 3
In a mixing bowl add the oats, flour and baking powder and mix through the melted fat and sugar
Step 4
In another bowl add the mincemeat and apple and mix together
Step 5
Add half the crumble mixture to the tin and press down firmly.
Step 6
On top of this add mincemeat and apple, before topping with the rest of the crumble mixture and lightly press down.
Step 7
Bake in an oven at 200oC for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Step 8
Allow to cool before cutting into 20 squares and enjoy
