1 x 250gbiscuits
either plain, flavourless, or Choc Ripple, chocolate
1 x 395gcondensed milk
can
300gmilk chocolate
melted, optional

Instructions
Step 1
Process biscuits in a food processor until they form fine crumbs. Transfer to a large bowl.
Step 2
Add condensed milk to the bowl and stir until combined.
Step 3
Fold in chopped chocolate bars.
Step 4
Roll one tablespoon of the mixture into a ball, placing on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Repeat until entire mixture is depleted.
Step 5
For Chocolate covered balls: Place chopped nuts in a shallow bowl. Putting a ball on the end of a fork, dip into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drain. Return to the tray. Allow to set (about 5 minutes). Repeat for each truffle ball.
Step 6
Roll each ball gently in topping of choice, coating entire surface. Return to the tray. Refrigerate to complete set for 30 minutes.
