Instructions
Step 1
Mix oats, peanut butter and maple syrup together in a small bowl. Mix until oats are fully coated.
Step 2
Scoop into a lined mini muffin pan. Using your hands, press down firmly to pack the oat mixture.
Step 3
Let cool in fridge for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Melt almond bark in the microwave.
Step 5
Scoop on to the top of the oat cookies and spread until thin. Let set at room temperature.
