½ cupCottage Cheese

1 x 4.6 ouncecan wild albacore white tuna in water

1romaine heart

Mixed bell peppers
chopped, as much as you want

1tomatoe
Instructions
Step 1
Mix tuna, cottage cheese & everything sprinkle (like the everything bagel seasoning) 2 tsp in a bowl to combine. Put half of lettuce on the plate, then half of the tuna mixture. Top with bell peppers & tomatoes.
