Instructions

Prepare the Pan

Step 1
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy lifting. Spray lightly with nonstick spray.

Melt and Layer Chocolate

Step 2
Divide the sweetened condensed milk into two microwave-safe bowls.
Step 3
Bowl 1: Combine with semi-sweet chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pour into the prepared pan and smooth into an even layer.

Add the White Chocolate Layer

Step 4
Bowl 2: Combine with white chocolate chips. Microwave as above until melted and smooth. Stir in the remaining 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, almond extract (if using), and sprinkles. Gently pour over the chocolate layer, spreading evenly.

Decorate

Step 5
Scatter a generous amount of holiday sprinkles over the top while the white chocolate layer is still soft.

Chill and Cut

Step 6
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour (or until firm). Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper overhang. Slice into squares with a sharp knife, wiping between cuts for clean edges.
