Instructions
Step 1
Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and using a rolling pin.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until well combined.
Step 3
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Step 5
While the truffles chill, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler.
Step 6
Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, covering completely. Use a fork to lift them out and place them back on the baking sheet.
Step 7
Refrigerate for another 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
Step 8
Optionally, drizzle extra melted chocolate over the truffles or sprinkle with crushed Oreos for decoration.
