Instructions

Step 1
Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Chocolate Layer: Whisk butter, sugar, and cocoa powder until smooth. Add eggs, then mix in flour until combined. Spread half the batter into the pan.
Step 3
Mint Swirl: Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, peppermint extract, and green food coloring until smooth. Spread over the chocolate layer.
Step 4
Swirl and Bake: Drop spoonfuls of the remaining chocolate batter over the mint layer and swirl with a knife. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until set. Cool completely before cutting.
