Instructions

Crust

Step 1
Crush digestive into fine crumbs in food processor. Add coco powder and mix together. Add melted butter and mix until resemble wet sand. Press into tart pan and chill

Filling

Step 2
Put the chocolate and butter into a bowl
Step 3
Heat the cream and rum. When it started to simmer, remove from stove and pour over chocolate and butter. Let it sit for few minutes until chocolate and butter melted slightly. Mix with a whisk or rubber spatula.
Step 4
Pour filling tinto the crust and chill for few hours until firm. Dust with coco powder. Cut and slice to serve. Enjoy!
