Easy Cannelé
Easy and amazing cannelé Recipe
Cannelé, a unique and indulgent treat :the outer layer is a deep brown, creating a pleasant contrast with the creamy interior, which is infused with rich vanilla and caramel flavors. And the combination of flavors and the contrast between the crunchy exterior and tender inside.
🍮Ingredients:
milk 500g
Vanilla extract
butter 30g
egg 1
egg yolks 2
sugar 90g
salt 3g
cake flour 125g
rum 45g
🍮Method:
1/Pour the milk into a saucepan, add a drop of vanilla extract, stir well, and heat until it begins to bubble. Pour the heated milk into a bowl, add butter, and stir until completely melted.
2/In a mixing bowl, combine one whole egg, two egg yolks, sugar, and salt. Mix well, then pour the mixture into the melted butter and milk, stirring until well combined.
3/Sift in the cake flour, stir until smooth without lumps, sift again, pour in the rum, and mix well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
4/Brush the bottom of the mold with melted butter. Take out the chilled batter, give it a quick stir, and pour it into a measuring cup for easier handling.
5/Pour the batter into the mold and bake at 200°C for 60-70 minutes.
6/After baking, invert the mold onto a wire rack, let it cool, and then demold. Sprinkle with matcha powder or drizzle with strawberry sauce.
