Oven Fried Chicken

Our entire family loved this chicken. I didn’t have poultry seasoning so I used chicken bouillon granules for a great result.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, beat together the egg and milk.
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, paprika, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Dip the chicken breasts into the egg/milk mixture then into the crumb mixture being sure to coat each piece with crumbs.
Step 5
Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle the melted butter over the top of the chicken.
Step 6
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken has an internal temperature of 165°F. Allow your chicken to rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
