For the meatloaf
1 lbground beef 97% lean
0.5 lbground pork
10 slicesbacon
2eggs
large, beaten
⅔ cupbread crumbs unseasoned
½ cupparmesan cheese grated
1 Tbspworcestershire
1 Tbspolive oil
2 tspkosher salt
½ tsppepper
For the sauce

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine all meatloaf ingredients except the bacon in a bowl with your hands.

Form the mixture into a loaf shape. Place loaf onto a wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet.

Lay bacon slices over the top of the loaf, and tuck them underneath.
Step 5
Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon sauce over meatloaf.

Place meatloaf, uncovered, on a center rack and bake for about 45 minutes until internal temp of 160°F.
