Instructions

Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and stir until a dough forms. Knead until smooth.
Step 3
Separate into equal pieces and roll into balls of dough according to the size of flatbread you want. 8 balls make about 4" diameter flatbreads.
Step 4
Roll flat, a bit thicker than a tortilla. Leave thicker if you want a thicker bread, but be sure to cook a little longer if you do. If desired use parchment paper cut to size to fit your air fryer, poking some holes in it to allow for more even cooking.
Step 5
Cook for 5-6 minutes, or until cooked through, at 375°F (190°C) in the air fryer. Increase time if you are making a thicker flatbread.
Step 6
Top with melted garlic butter if desired.
