Instructions
Step 1
- Preheat oven to 350 F
Step 2
- In a bowl, combine, milk and egg together. Then add your bread crumbs and seasonings. Lastly mix the beef in. Be careful not to overwork the meat.
Step 3
- Spray a loaf pan and poor meat mix into the pan.
Step 4
- In a 2nd bowl, mix together topping , ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Pour over the top of your meat and cover with tin foil.
Step 5
- Bake for approximately 1 hour, until internal temperature of 155 to 165 F. (will cook slower in a glass dish)
Step 6
- Uncover and bake for an additional 5 to 10 min.
Step 7
- Remove from oven and return foil to pan. Allow to rest for 10 min before slicing. This allows the juices to absorb back into the meat.
