Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 13x9 pan. Cook gnocchi and drain. Return to pan. Cook spinach in microwave about 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and spinach to gnocchi and stir until mixed. Pour into 13x9 pan and top with mozzarella. Bake until cheese is melted 10 to 15 minutes.
