1 cupitalian breadcrumbs

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat air fryer to 350F

2. In one bowl whisk your egg and olive oil together plus and sprinkle of salt and pepper. In a second bowl pour in both breadcrumbs and salt and pepper. Bread your chicken- start by dipping your chicken in your egg bowl covering both sides, then dip in your breadcrumbs making sure to press down and fully coat chicken, repeat for remaining 3.

3. Cook chicken in air fryer for 10 minutes, flipping halfway in between. Set aside

4. In a small pot- heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and add your chopped onions. Cook until onions soften, then add your garlic and seasonings. Pour in jar of vodka sauce, cover with lid and cook until sauce thickens (15-20min) stirring occasionally.

5. Preheat oven to 425F and lightly spray and baking dish with oil.

6. Spoon in a layer of sauce to cover the bottom. Place your chicken in a flat layer, cover each with a little sauce followed by mozzarella cheese, more sauce and lastly parmesan cheese.

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble.

8. Top with fresh basil, serve with your favorite pasta and enjoy!
