1 ¾ cupflour

½ cuplight brown sugar

1 cupsugar

¾ cupcocoa powder

2 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder

2eggs

¾ cupoil

1 cuporange juice

1 cupwater
room temperature

1 tspvanilla extract

1 barchocolate
melted

For the cake
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
In a 9x13 aluminum foil pan, mix together the dry ingredients: cocoa, flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, and brown sugar.

Beat the eggs separately, then add them to the dry mixture

Add the oil, orange juice, water, and vanilla extract to the pan.

Melt the chocolate and stir it into the batter.

Mix everything together until well combined

Bake for 45 min
For the glaze

Melt the 2 bars of chocolate

In a separate bowl, gently heat the 200 mL of non-dairy whipped topping until it's warm, but not boiling.

Pour the warm topping into the melted chocolate and stir until smooth and well combined
Step 11
Before pouring the glaze, use a knife to poke lines or small holes in the cake
Step 12
Pour the glaze over the cake, making sure it falls into the lines and seeps in. This way, the glaze will soak into the cake and add extra richness!
