softened
¾ cupgranulated sugar
¼ cupbrown sugar
packed
1egg
¼ cupmolasses
1 tspbaking soda
2 tspginger powder
1 tspcinnamon
1 tspnutmeg
¼ tspground clove
1 tspsalt
¼ cupall purpose flour
FILLING-BUTTERCREAM
Instructions
Step 1
In 1 bowl add butter and sugar and cream together
Step 2
Add in brown sugar and egg mix again. Add molasses, baking soda, ground ginger, ground cinnamon and ground ground ginger,ground nutmeg and ground cloves, salt and all purpose flour, mix everything together
Step 3
Make 24 dough balls so you have 12 cookie sandwiches
Step 4
Roll each ball into cane sugar,reg sugar or cinnamon sugar its totally OPTIONAL
Step 5
add to preheated oven of 350 for 10 min
FILLING-BUTTERCREAM
Step 6
Place everything into a bowl and mix once cookies have cooled down place the buttercream filling between 2 cookies
